The company is specialized in the development and construction of high-tech automatic sanders for lacquer and veneer sanding in industry and craft businesses. These machines are designed for the new lacquer technologies (e.g. water lacquers, UV fillers) and guarantee the compensation of large tolerances. In the new range you will find veneer sanding machines designed to work in cross-sanding mode with 2, 3 or 4 sanding elements, as well as lacquer sanding machines with 1 – 2 elements. All machines can be equipped with the cost-saving Duplex system (2 pressure beams in one wide belt unit), which is an ERNST development.
